Welcome

I'd like to introduce myself to you; I'm Ken Gronski and I consider myself a very lucky person. I have the privilege of traveling throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan exploring the best of the best in available waterfront or acreage properties that are guaranteed buildable and recreational in nature. When you are exploring land, you can expect a number of things that I will provide to you: The three items at the top of that list are  Honesty, Integrity, and a Willingness to Listen.  I will also research answers to questions that you might have that I don't have an immediate answer for, and will get back to you as soon as I can. If you have very specific attributes you need for the property you seek, I won't try to convince you to that you don't need that particular feature.  But you will get a straight answer to any questions you ask, and I will likely answer a number of questions you might not even think of.  What I request from you is your honest opinion of properties and an open mind to consider some features and attributes that you maybe had not considered before.

You have made a decision to explore recreational real estate in Wisconsin or Michigan's Upper Peninsula;  because of your interest I pledge to you that I will provide information and expertise to assist you in your search.  My commitment is to provide you with all the necessary pieces of information you need and the assistance you expect.

Another promise I can make to you is that if you have a question for me, no matter what it is, I will answer your call or email as soon as I can with a personal response and a genuine interest in assisting you.

I was born in Central Wisconsin, grew up here, and raise my family here.  You can take full advantage of my knowledge of the Midwest and the properties we offer, but you need to be warned that my enthusiasm is contagious!  I find an extreme satisfaction in matching new owners with a new memory making property.  We might learn a number of things along the way, and I know we will have a good time in the process.
